The bengals is a very pleasant place to live and the 1 person who stands out is John he’s the head maintenance ma and he truly knows everyone by name and he’s quick to respond if I could give him 100 stars I would.

The rent is a decent price that doesn't change, paying it is easy and you get your receipt and break down per charge. Also maintenence is impeccable and quick to service any issue that arises. The office managers are knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns.

I went into the Canterbury square leasing office on yesterday and requested to see a 2-bedroom apartment the office staff was so sweet and welcoming really made me feel welcome the apartment wasn’t brand new but it’s a place that looks to be able to call home I have submitted my application for an apartment and I can’t wait to hear back from the office
