We love Cypress Lake Apartments, the staff is nice, Pool is my favorite amenity, and we also love our evening walks around the lake.

Everything is bad, stay away

Terrible management that does not care about their tenants. Maintenance requests never get done, literally never, not even a matter of weeks either. Nothing gets done maintenance wise. Other tenants here are also inconsiderate and are nuisances, which management refuses to address or resolve. Rent elsewhere and stay away from anything CLK Management.

Pools out of service, No bathrooms

There are nominally 2 pools on the property but the second pool stays permanently closed. The pool next to the front office is the only pool, and there are no bathrooms at the pool. You have to walk home to your apartment to use the bathroom. Additionally, the front office does not send e-mails to residents when the only pool is out of service. You might have a pool day planned in the middle of the summer and upon arriving at the pool, it is closed for maintenance for the whole week, with no... communication to residents when it closed or reopens.

Vandalization out of control

This is the third time this private community has been vandalized, the third time they broke the windows of my truck and many other residents? Management fails to place cameras, there is not even one camera and they don’t care , police come and they do nothing , they know nothing this is shameless!!!

Bad maintenance

Contacted several time about the same problem and never fixed the problem over almost a year.
